Folk Art Wood and Gesso Steer by Thomas Dimmitt, Berthoud CO
$1,000.00
A wood-carved steer with gesso and paint finish by Thomas Dimmitt of Berthoud, Colorado (1902–1991). A sturdy Western subject — right at home in a ranch house, lodge, or rustic den, on a sideboard or bookshelf. Pairs naturally with Western art and cowhide, and suits collectors of Colorado folk art.
