18th Century Large Carved Putti Cherub Angel Mirror, Gessoed Frame

A beautiful carved and painted 18th-century mirror crowned with a putto gracing the top, in a gessoed frame. This is a true Old Master–era statement piece — ideal above a fireplace mantel, in a grand entryway, or over a console in a formal living room. The carved cherub detail and aged gesso finish suit Baroque, French, Italian, and classic traditional interiors, and it pairs beautifully with antique sconces and candlelight.
